At 777 Nails & Co., every order is prepared with care. Because our press-on nail sets are handmade and carefully packaged, please allow 5–7 business days for order processing before your order ships.

📦 Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 5–7 business days after payment is successfully received.

  • Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

  • Processing time does not include weekends or shipping transit time.

  • Custom and personalized orders may require additional processing time. If additional time is needed, we will notify you.

🚚 Shipping

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, when available.

Shipping times begin after your order has been processed, not when the order is placed.

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on your selected shipping method, destination, carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside of 777 Nails & Co.'s control.

📍 Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please carefully review your shipping information before completing your purchase.

If you provide an incorrect or incomplete address and your package is returned to us, you may be responsible for additional shipping costs to have the package reshipped.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. We cannot guarantee that address changes can be made once an order has entered processing or shipped.

📬 Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been shipped and transferred to the carrier, 777 Nails & Co. is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances beyond our control.

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with household members, neighbors, and your local carrier before contacting us.

Pre-order, custom, and personalized items may have different processing times. Any applicable processing timeline will be communicated on the product listing or at checkout.
